that pregnancy rates can vary significantly solely based on patient selection. In our hands, we have a 17% pregnancy
rate with clomiphene (Serophene or Clomid). All pregnancies happened within the first 3 cycles.
Our pregnancy rate with an FSH/LH combination
product was 40% in 6 cycles. We changed to a straight FSH only preparation and our pregnancy rate is 50% in only
4 cycles.
