When patients ask "How much?' they
usually are referring to how much they have to pay. This is dependent upon each person's insurance. Determination
of insurance coverage for infertility is a very confusing ordeal, even for many insurance companies. Therefore,
if you call the insurance companies, they will often tell you there is no coverage just to make it simple (for
them). This may be the case, but often it is not. For this reason we have an insurance specialist who will work
with you and your insurance company to uncover every penny you are entitled to have covered.
Additionally, we will file your insurance
for you. All deductibles, co-pays, or co-insurance payments are due at the time service is rendered. Payment for
all non-covered services, for example, donor sperm, sperm washing and intrauterine insemination, are also due at
the time the services are rendered.
