Invitation to Seminar
 Couples learn about infertility in many
different ways. Some read books. Some seek advice from friends. Some use the Internet, and others talk to their
primary care physician. Regardless of your educational process, most patients want to meet a physician before they
commit to any therapy. Texas Fertility, P.A. provides you that opportunity. One evening every month, Dr. Jacobs will
present answers to common questions about infertility and its treatment. Seating is limited to 5 couples. We will
call all registered couples in the rare event the seminar needs to be rescheduled. To make a reservation or inquire
